SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Ridgeback Management Services (aka Ridgeback Recruiting and Ridgeback Business Solutions), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program description
   Our SMS program provides appointment reminders/status updates/support alerts/promotional messages related to employment services provided by Ridgeback.

2. Message frequency
   Message frequency may vary, but you will generally receive up to 1-3 messages per month.

3. Opt‑in consent
   By opting in, you authorize Ridgeback Management Services (aka Ridgeback Recruiting and Ridgeback Business Solutions) to send text messages to the mobile number you provided using an automated system or other technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Opt‑out instructions
   You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation text and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except for important service or legal notices where permitted.

5. Help instructions
   If you are experiencing issues or need assistance with our SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at admin@teamaridgeback.com or at 646-883-2927.

6. Message and data rates
   Message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. No carrier liability
   Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and data use
   We respect your privacy. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes to these terms
   We may modify or update these SMS terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties.
