During his 3 year tenure at Activision Blizzard, Joe served as an Executive Recruiter where he was instrumental in evolving leadership teams and driving the successful completion of numerous high-profile placements. His role involved close collaboration with global executives, project management of searches, and the implementation of advanced sourcing techniques. Joe‘s efforts led to the placement of key roles within the company, including Studio Head at Infinity Ward Austin and CIO of Activision Blizzard, among others.
Prior to his role at Activision Blizzard, Joe was a Managing Associate at Korn Ferry for over three years, where he specialized in the recruitment of leadership positions within financial services. His responsibilities included developing and maintaining client relationships, creating targeted recruitment strategies, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. Daly‘s adeptness at evaluating candidate qualifications and negotiating offers ensured that “time to fill” goals were consistently met, further establishing his reputation as a trusted advisor and business partner to his clients.
