We here at Ridgeback Recruiting are proud to announce the recent addition of Joe Daly to the Ridgeback team. Joe brings an incredible amount of recruiting experience to Ridgeback – especially in the areas of Finance and Gaming. 
Joe actually began his recruiting journey in high school when he would help his father’s recruiting company build sourcing lists. While in college, Joe interned over summer several summers at the Kforce summer intern program. It’s at Kforce, where Joe learned the basics on what it takes to be a good recruiter.
After graduating from Florida State University, Joe began his recruiting career at a small recruiting firm in New York City and was quickly recruited by Michael Page. Joe moved up to specialize in financial recruiting at Korn Ferry Here he specialized in the recruitment of leadership positions within financial services on a retained search basis. In this role Joe worked with hiring managers to scope search projects by obtaining information that clearly defined the specifics of the job including the responsibilities, requirements, compensation, company culture. Joe also led and developed comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies for qualified candidates. He did this through heavy cold calling and direct sourcing, database mining, client referrals, local advertising, and networking..
Joe has a passion for gaming so he joined Activision Blizzard as an Executive Recruiter. Here, he served as a thought partner to global Activision Blizzard King executives. Joe worked hand-in-hand with Activision Blizzard’s world-class leaders to build innovative teams.
He was a key driver in facilitating the evolution of the Activision leadership teams and did so by being heavily involved and leading the project management of executed searches. Joe was known for building great pipelines. with the very best prospects. He looks forward to doing the same for Ridgeback’s clientele.
Joe is a Florida State graduate (and avid FSU sports fan). He and his wife continue to live in Manhattan with their little darling – Minnie.
