Congratulations to our own Tom Daly who was selected by the Top Echelon Network as it’s Recruiter of the Week.
Tom has been on fire this Spring making 10 split placements over the past three months.
The Top Echelon Network (TEN) was founded in 1988 in Canton, Ohio, and Top Echelon’s mission statement is to “help recruiters make more placements by continuously exceeding expectations.”
Top Echelon started solely as a split placement network, but has expanded over the years, growing with its customers and creating new products and services to meet the needs of those customers.

To earn this recognition, Tom has recently completed 13 placements in a short time span – providing outstanding candidates to other network recruiters who had the opening. Tom has been able to achieve this accomplishment by leveraging technology in identifying great candidates in addition to his teams timely communication with network partners in not only identifying great talent but also communicating the candidates interests.
